URGENT – SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE – SUNDAY MARCH 31ST, 2019 – ST. GEORGE
The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises the following consumers in the parish of St. George of the interruption in their water supply on Sunday March 31st, 2019.
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Grand Anse through to the Limes including Morne Rouge and surrounding communities.

• 2:00 p.m. to 12 midnight: Springs through to Woodlands including Café, Woburn, Calivigny and surrounding communities.
Consumers are therefore advised to collect and store water in clean covered containers prior to the scheduled interruption.
Please also be advised that although the system will be reopened at 4:00 p.m. and 12 midnight respectively consumers; especially those in elevated areas, may receive their supply within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
In addition, the motoring public is advised that there will be disruption in traffic by the Fall Edge in Grand Anse during the period 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and by SP’s in Springs between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes to get to their various destination during the period.
The Authority apologizes for any inconvenience caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
