Flow advises customers that our Granby Street retail store location is open to the public effective Friday 31st December 2021.
The Granby Street retail facility has been thoroughly sanitized and is fully prepared for resuming safe regular operations, following clearance from the Ministry of health.
Please be advised, due to limited staff available to execute operations at the facility, customers may experience delays in service delivery. To assist us in this regard customers are encouraged to contact us through our Virtual Store for enquiries, fault reports and new service sign-ups as we give priority to bill payments and new purchases.

The Virtual Store is open Mon – Fri, 8:00a.m – 4:00p.m & Sat – 9:00a.m – 1:00p.m.
