Contrary to the article published in a local Newspaper recently with the unfortunate and misleading headline ‘No Parang’. The Annual Carriacou Mele Parang festival went ahead as planned on December 16th, 2018 at the Hillsborough Market Square in Carriacou. However, this year it was a bit different as there was no competition. Here’s the performance of the BC All Stars
