Hi folks, it’s that special time of year once again, and we at SummerCrew says, its time to RISE. That’s the theme of our presentation and as one of our executive members said “d road calling”.

This year our band is made up five (5) sections; acessoRISE, solaRISE moonRISE, sunRISE and surpRISE and is a Premium Drinks inclusive band and our costumes costs between EC $500.00-EC $550.00.

For this season, we will be adding a couple of new surprises to our band, but what we can tell you for now at this moment, in keeping with our theme of ONE CARIBBEAN, DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS, we want to welcome Mr. Roy Mc Lean and his Isis Mas Band out of London into the family. This union will see for the first time, the opportunity whereby Grenadians and persons from any country, who plays mas with SummerCrew this year will have the opportunity to play in Nottinghill Carnival in the Isis Mas Band 2011.

Also on the road for 2011 with SummerCrew will be a host of guest DJs from the USA, London, and Titan VCD out of Trinidad alongside all of our Bananas DJs and the big Carib Trailer. I also urge persons to look out for our VIP guest acts.

As usual, we at SummerCrew will like to encourage all Masqueraders to play it safe for this Carnival Season. If you are going to be drinking, please ensure you do so in moderation. If you're going to be driving, please have a designated driver. If you're going to have sex "be wise and condomise".
